Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We will provide a return description and a return authorization number.
- Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return. - Refund
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the funds to your original payment account within a certain number of days. - Orders
If you need to change the size or color of the item, please follow the return process described above. After we receive your returned item, you can reorder the desired item on our website. - Damaged or Defective Items
